Judgement Robs Your True Happiness

Love Yourself, but Don't Judge Yourself
By: Shawn Miller

In any given day, ask yourself how many times you downplay yourself for everything you are not, rather than who you are. It's a common theme to judge ourselves, as society has placed high expectations up on a pedestal, which leads human beings to question whether being adequate will pay suffice. This builds up insecurities that trickle down like a trickle down effect, and in the end has a detrimental effects on our quality of life. As cliche as it sounds growing up, we were all taught in schools to never judge a book by a book by it's cover. In conjunction; however it's not schools that teaches us to judge, or belittle those who are inferior. Judgement breeds from what we watch and read on social media, and more relevantly our upbringing. If everyone in the world took a more inclusive approach, rather than being self-centered on what the media disclaims what we should be. Ultimately, this would foster prosperity, and destroy that idea that will all have to measure up to societies set norms, and criteria.
Due to this disparity, it's like judgement deviates, and places borders around what we should be, rather than what we want to be. Instead of bloodsucking like leeches of all the energy by judging ourselves, we should key in and get to know ourselves truly first. This is the first stepping stone to loving yourself for who you are, and in this true happiness will rise up from a grave. For every moment that you spend judging yourself on self-preconceived notions, you are robbing yourself from loving yourself. Moreover, the more energy you place on loving yourself, and taking the time to get to know yourself. The more likely when judgement from the devil arises, the more resilient you will become on coping with judgement. Look around you in your everyday life, and you'll see that we all posses our own specialties to share, and give back to the universe. Therefore, we should be grateful for all the specialties given to us, because those specialties make use unique in our own picture images as individuals. In a nutshell to break free of that judgement sometimes as it takes is breaking free of that shell. In other words, just knowing, and being aware of what you stand for. Most importantly knowing what you stand for, will give you a reason to live for. Ultimately, it will shoot you beyond that stars to eradicate the judgement once and for all. As judgement won't matter in eyes of the wise, because they know standing up brings them closer to getting in touch with their true self. So remember that being true to yourself will always kill away that judgement that loops around like a roller coaster. So enjoy the ride, and just know that being true to yourself will always brings the stars aligned!
